Terms of Use

By using Eloven, you agree to use it lawfully and only with a person who has chosen to pair with you.
Your account
The default account belongs to one app installation until you protect it with Sign in with Apple. Keep control of the device before protection; reinstalling or clearing app data can otherwise make the account inaccessible. Eloven prevents an unprotected account from signing out in the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create and give Eloven permission to store, process and show it to your paired partner solely to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for everything you upload, create or share through Eloven and for having all rights and permissions needed to do so.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Eloven to upload, create or share content that is unlawful; infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights; exploits or endangers children; contains non-consensual intimate material; threatens, harasses, defames or impersonates another person; promotes violence, terrorism, fraud or other illegal activity; contains malware; or otherwise abuses the service.
Eloven does not endorse user content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users—not Eloven or its operator—are responsible for their content and conduct and for resulting claims, losses or harm. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Reports and enforcement
You can report content or a partner from Profile → Safety & reporting and can block a partner there. We may investigate reports, restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve limited evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We may act without advance notice when the situation is urgent or the law requires it.
Shared space
Pairing gives both members access to one shared space. Either member may unpair. Either member may also delete their account, which permanently deletes the shared space and its media for both people.
Service availability
Eloven is provided as available. Features may change, pause or end, and no service can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited.
