Eloven Support
Help for the Eloven 1.0 release
Pairing
On one phone, choose “show our code.” On the other, choose “enter their code.” Pairing codes contain six letters or numbers, expire after 24 hours and can be used once. If a code expired, create a new one.
Account access
The default private account belongs to one installation. After pairing, you can protect the same account with Sign in with Apple from the protection step or Profile. Reinstalling or clearing app data before protection can make the account inaccessible. Eloven support cannot recover an unprotected anonymous account.
Notifications
Notification permission is optional. You can change it at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Eloven.
Delete an account
Open Profile and choose “delete account.” This permanently deletes the account and its shared relationship space, including uploaded media. The action cannot be undone. A limited safety-report record may be retained for abuse investigation, with identifiers for the deleted account and shared space removed; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Safety and reporting
Open Profile → Safety & reporting to report a partner or specific text, photo or voice content. The app does not automatically attach private relationship content to a report. You can also block a partner there; blocking immediately unpairs both accounts and prevents those same accounts from pairing again.
Contact
Use “Contact Developer” on Eloven’s App Store product page and include the app version, device model and a short description. Do not include pairing codes, private relationship content or Apple passwords.
